One of our major accomplishments goes back to 1997 when SMG was awarded the exclusive licensing and fulfillment rights for QS-9000, a worldwide automotive industry standard, by AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) and the QS-9000 Task Force consisting of Chrysler, General Motors and Ford. This program involved every aspect of brand identity and total merchandise fulfillment including product selection, procurement, approvals, quality inspections, catalog development, warehousing, inventory control, reporting, shipping worldwide and completing any task necessary or requested to ensure client satisfaction. This is where we learned how to service our customers and, in doing so, maintained a 98% "excellent" rating status, monitored and scored by AIAG.

In today's world, the above fulfillment is simplified thanks to the World Wide Web. All of us at SMG are confident using the basics of customer service and, with the accessibility of the Internet, there is nothing we can't do for you!

    What can't we do?

    When we say we'll climb mountains to find the perfect product for our clients, we mean it! Our client's request was for a boulder that would allow for a bronze plate commemorating a tree-planting ceremony. After a day of hiking...mission accomplished!

    On more than one occasion, we've chased down shipments to honor a client's request due to an order change or an order re-route. We've also made personal overnight deliveries to meet client deadlines. Needless to say, nothing stands in the way of satisfying our client's requests!

    Another special request for a client was to find a large sidewalk grade "manhole" to cover with their corporate logo. Upon several trips to steel foundries, the perfect manhole was created.
